The shocking disparities in Oklahoma education funding

Think all public schools in Oklahoma receive the same per pupil funding across the board? Think again. The disparity among public schools in Oklahoma is shocking.  Funding for public education in Oklahoma is in a state of crisis. With teacher pay being one of the focal points of the discussion, most educators, parents, and even lawmakers are unaware how funding public school works in Oklahoma. In fact, most are oblivious to the inequality that exists among our schools.  So which is the larger problem?
